Weight Support Group – Support Group
coordinated through Springs Parish Nurse Program - Mondays from 12-1 p.m. at
the Court House Community Room – Make-up date on Tuesdays for Monday
holidays - $10 to join for initial 6 weeks – $5 for each 6-week session
thereafter – Weigh-in & Short Meeting – Is on-going, so you may join anytime
– $1 back for every pound lost & no fee after reaching goal weight - Call

Alzheimer’s Support Group – Monday, November 10 - Held on second
Monday of each month - Private Dining Room at Weskota Manor Avera at 5 p.m.

Caregivers Support Group – Monday, November 24 - Support Group hosted
by the Springs Parish Nurse Program meets the last Monday of each month –
Weskota Apartments South at 7 p.m. - Tips on providing care, opportunities
to share ideas & support of others - Call Grace Dwyer at 539-9235 for
details.
Cardio Exercise Class – Call for details of next session - Monday &
Wednesday nights from 5:15-6 p.m. in the new community room at the hospital
- $25 for 4-week session - Regina Teveldal, Instructor – Register at

Personal Fitness Plans – Do you want to improve your personal
fitness, but don’t know where to begin? Individual sessions with a Physical
Therapist will help you determine your personal fitness goals, begin
strength training, improve cardiovascular fitness & learn proper use of the
wellness equipment. Call Sue Krutzfeldt, Physical Therapist at 539-1201 for
an appointment.
Weskota Wellness & Rehab Center – Memberships for singles, married
couples & families – Special student and senior rates – Sliding fee also
